|Making A Purchase Making a purchase
could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click
the button on any items that you wish to buy,
this will then take you to PayPal where you can pay for your items.
We only accept card payments via the Paypal Secure Transaction site. If you are shopping from an Euro currency country, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction between £'s and Euro's. If you do not wish to pay online, you may contact us in order to pay via telephone.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the PayPal shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a non-automated confirmation email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling Shipping price
is shown next to each item and applies to Mainland UK locations. If you
live on a remote island or mainland Europe, then please check with
us for a shipping price as it may be more than the standard shown. We
will not ship complete Waterbeds to mainland Europe.
|Delivery Schedule Accesssories
and most small items (walking sticks, pillows, fleeces) are kept in
stock and will be shipped next working day - Royal Mail 2nd class.
Waterbeds and waterbed mattresses vary in delivery schedule from next
day to 6 weeks and information is given in each section. larger
disability aids take about a week to ship. European orders are sent
airmail or courier and take longer to arrive.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
|Back Orders - If
orders are going to take longer than expected to fulfil we will inform
you and place items on backorder
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price shown
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed we transfer you from our website to the PayPal secure website where you pay using your PayPal account or via credit card at our website, we do not get credit card information from PayPal we just get payment information.
|Guarantee All products are guaranteed under the relevant consumer goods acts. Extended manufacturers warranties are offered on some products and your are responsible for completing any registration cards sent with products.

parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order

|Returns Policy Your rights to return
goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
